The Town and Country Police Department has been a customer of VIP for several years and are extremely pleased with the quality of work received. The quality of work on installations, warranties, and equipment design is outstanding. With Police vehicles running 24/7, it is inevitable that parts wear out, but when they do… a phone call to VIP and we are usually told to “bring it in”.

Typically we are back in service in a matter of hours, not days. Arron, Charles, and Michael are the go to guys at VIP. TCPD will continue to use VIP for our fleet emergency equipment needs.

I have been working with VIP since 2016 and have had nothing but a great reaction with VIP and its employees. I am the fleet manager of 124 police vehicles and I purchase several vehicles a year and VIP decommission all of them, even the ones that have been involved in accidents. They even rebuild them!

I have been in the process of changing over old equipment to new more modern equipment and VIP has led me in the right direction to improve our vehicles and equipment.
